It's Spring on the Northern Disc--and this means it's time for the Spring Festival!

The goal of the festival is simple: PAR-TAY!

Okay, that was a lie.

The festival is a multi-pronged event that has everything to do with all things Spring. It's more than just a celebration but preparation for the bounties of summer. Each of the city-scrapers have their own own little festivals with plants, furniture, functional and fine art, fair food, and children's activities, but each has their own specialty in a much larger, city-wide fair!

[Prompt A]

Everything you need to get down to business and get your hands dirty can be found at the Seoul Skyfarmer Market. There's more than just the average selection of ornamental and garden plants or even trees. There's everything you could need, specialty equipment like ratcheted pruning shears, raised garden beds, iLawn robots, and anything you can think of. There's also furniture makers, from rope swings to full patio sets, ready to deliver to your home for a low flat fee (a festival special!).

[Prompt B]

There are also artisans for decorating your house inside and out: painters, photographers, sculptors, ceramic artists, weavers, quilters, and so much more. Everything from fine leather goods to a good mug to luxurious soaps and creams to a nice teak bench can be found in the Ziggy's Fine Arts and Crafts Bazaar. There's also plenty of room to explore the wilderness between civilization, and enjoy family fun tubing down the river.

[Prompt C]

The Living Water Cultural Showcase highlights everything from iconic fashion, food, movies, literature, history, and everything else that makes up the parent cultures that the resident's ancestors came from. There's food from every corner of Earth, and iconic movies from every country will be screened (auto-subtitling glasses provided!). History lessons and book talks as well as writers workshops are spread throughout the facility. Fashion shows, some highlighting the changing of fashion throughout the ages, are happening day and night!

[Prompt D]

If you want to see what people have been doing while they were cooped up in their homes over the winter, head over to the Technology Showcase of Montpellier. Everything from robots to new 3D printers to fusion power can be found being displayed by proud creators. Talks are given about new and upcoming technologies as well as the technological past, least people forget how far they have come.

[Prompt E]

Ready to celebrate the vast ways that people have figured out how to get around drinking water? Then come to the Jakarta Gardens. There's not just a beer garden or a wine garden, but a liquor garden, tea garden, a coffee garden, a soda garden, a flavored water garden (yes, really), a smoothie garden, and gardens for any other sort of something you might want to drink besides water, but you can get water, too. And food. There's also food pairings. Each garden highlights traditions from around the world--as well as people trying to start some new ones!

[Prompt F]

Make your own!

((OOC: Go crazy! Make stuff up. Have a favorite artist? Pretend like someone's selling art just like theirs. Need to turn on your kettle to make a cuppa now that I've reminded you it's been a while? Your character can find that special blend of tea. Showcase technology you think is cool. Highlight something in the past you think is awesome. Take your purchases home and decorate your house. Find out that some of the furniture is actually IKEA furniture in disguise. Of course, your character can always just be watching from a distance or even, gasp, going to work.

This is really just a test-drive of ideas. In case you missed the link, you can see the Upper Disc (or perhaps Northern Disc--still deciding) map here. The plotting post for this event can be found here.))
